Workout Wednesday Outgrow Those Beginner Legs 01 Training Series Hey guys, so i was thinking considering the fact that my blog is called "peanut butter & fitness," i don't really have a lot of fitness related posts on here (aside from the fact that my workout wednesday may 2017 peanut butter and fitness. The transformation workout by muscle and fitness for my second workout wednesday, i'm highlighting the program that i first used when i really got into fitness and meal prepping when i lived in miami.

Workout Wednesday May 2017 Peanut Butter And Fitness It's time for another monthly workout, brought to you by yours truly! since we're coming up on some holidays and probably a bunch of halloween treats, i decided to put together another cross training (*cough*. Thursday. 2 mile easy run squat burpee ladder. 10 1 reps of back squats at 115# and burppes. then. 1 10 reps of back squats at 85# and burpees. for a whopping total of of 110 back squats and burpees. i was a hot, sweaty, jello leg mess after this workout and i was sore until sunday. i haven’t been this sore from squatting in a very long time. After i jacked myself up on coffee, we went to the y to workout. even though i train clients, i rarely go to the gym just to work out. i’m always practicing yoga, running or teaching bodypump. i had so much fun putting myself through a workout tonight. here is what i accomplished in about 40 minutes. 30 minute elliptical workout. 20 minute elliptical workout. beat boredom interval workout. 50 minute elliptical interval workout. beat boredom interval workout. 20 minute elliptical hill workout. 20 minute elliptical workout. 50 minute crazy incline elliptical workout. strength workouts.

Week Of Workouts May 2017 Peanut Butter Fingers After i jacked myself up on coffee, we went to the y to workout. even though i train clients, i rarely go to the gym just to work out. i’m always practicing yoga, running or teaching bodypump. i had so much fun putting myself through a workout tonight. here is what i accomplished in about 40 minutes. 30 minute elliptical workout. 20 minute elliptical workout. beat boredom interval workout. 50 minute elliptical interval workout. beat boredom interval workout. 20 minute elliptical hill workout. 20 minute elliptical workout. 50 minute crazy incline elliptical workout. strength workouts. (apparently peanut butter was his bff while i was away.) he also apparently had a decent amount of smoothies made with almond milk, fruit, spinach and nut butter (off of a spoon) while i was away which we were okay with since he was so close to a year old at that point. i was only gone for a day and a half, but it was still a little intense!!. The tights have a very compressive feel and they do not move one bit while wearing. they’re technically designed for running but i wear them for lifting too. energy bra longline. swift speed tights. i wear a 6 in lululemon bras because again, i like a roomier feel. i wear a 4 in bottoms.

Workout Wednesday November 2017 Peanut Butter And Fitness (apparently peanut butter was his bff while i was away.) he also apparently had a decent amount of smoothies made with almond milk, fruit, spinach and nut butter (off of a spoon) while i was away which we were okay with since he was so close to a year old at that point. i was only gone for a day and a half, but it was still a little intense!!.
