It’s a thermoplastic material that you can use to shape and form your armor and is relatively easy to use for any skill level. there are two ways you can over the foam pieces with worbla: the one piece method or the sandwich method. i used the one piece method, cutting and laying a piece of heated worbla over the foam pieces. Sew elastic into fabric bases or use strong adhesives for foam. create loops or channels in the armor to thread elastic through. 3. buckles and straps. buckles and straps offer a secure and adjustable option: pros: very secure for heavier armor pieces. easily adjustable. can be part of the costume design. Neoprene. the sponge like qualities of neoprene make this the best fabric for creating cosplay armour and weaponry. customise with an image of real armour or metal texture in order to accurately execute the illusion. it’s 3 4mm thick, weighs 1000gsm and is totally opaque, making it an ideal fabric for outdoor style garments.
