I tried loading a vortex and it's loaded halfway and then got stuck in the loading process and won't continue task manager says it's open but i have no window for it but whether i run it in an administrator mode or not doesn't seem to matter i tried uninstalling and reinstalling it that didn't work and when i do do try to load it it stops at.
