Next, set your meter to ohms and see if the sending units for the fuel tank and temp are within range. those gauges need 3 things to work. 1. a good ground for reference. 2. a signal wire that has resistance within proper range of the reference ground. 3. voltage. you can test the gauges without the tractor.

Once the coolant is cooled down, locate the temperature sensor with the help of a user manual and remove the sensor’s connector to take out the sensor. then, just install a new sensor, reconnect the connector, and redo the coolant plug connections. once done, you can start the engine, and the temperature gauge will start working. Replace cap or clean radiator. engine coolant is insufficient. add coolant and check the components of cooling system. fan belt is loose or defective. change the fan belt. engine oil level low. fill up the oil to required level. engine is not running at maximum power: fuel injection nozzles are clogged or faulty.
