Torrance Refinery Seagreen Digital Flickr Landscaping enhancement project underway. june 30th, 2024. in the second quarter of 2024, the torrance refinery initiated a large scale landscaping improvement project with community input. this project focuses on enhancing the refinery’s perimeter by removing dead, unhealthy, and or diseased trees, shrubs, and other vegetation.
