To be completely honest, if you want a list of every control circuit that's ever been mentioned or seen throughout the series (at least up to the 2010 console), then might i suggest purchasing the tardis handbook by steve tribe (still available from amazon). pages 77 81 have a nice long list of those controls circuits, with some of them.
