Review Dandadan Volume 1 A Hilariously Wild Ride Aided by seiko, momo’s youthful grandmother, the two try to devise a plan to stop the turbo granny. the writing in dandadan is absurd in the best way possible. the comedy is spot on and yukinobu tatsu manages to bring together the two conflicting personalities that give the story a perfect rhythm. the romance is neither here nor there, but. Yukinobu tatsu asks the big questions and rubs his sweaty palms together. dandadan is his answer: funny, horny, and unpredictably creative. the monsters of dandadan absolutely rule. or uh aliens, it’s complicated. tatsu’s art style fits comfortably with the kind of contemporary long series manga that draws me in, like ryoko kui ’s.
Review Dandadan Volume 1 A Hilariously Wild Ride Because it was so hard to put down? it is good because there are countless numbers of manga anime series that try to have it all with comedy,action, adventure, romance,and etc. but it's rare to find a series the finds the perfect balance the blends it all together so well. yeah it's good. 17. This is a pretty wild story with a lot of inappropriate moments that would probably automatically exclude it from my school library. the first major inappropriate joke is within the first twenty pages, but the mangaka doubles down with a ghost obsessed with eating penises who is the main antagonist of this first volume. It's an action heavy shonen with the delightfully goofy premise that (spoilers for chapter 1, i guess) most conspiracy cryptid nonsense this side of the history channel is fair game. aliens are real, but ghosts are also real, and one of those groups will be the designated monster of the arc and have a cool fight spanning multiple chapters.
