Resources Head 2 By Deejuusan On Deviantart Anatomy Drawing Manga Resources: head neck 1. studying neck anatomy, movement and rotation. when i'm all set to draw, i am drawing according to my style, not to say that anything wrong there is what defines my style, but there are some proportions (face and head) that slightly differ due to my preference for the look of my characters. Edit: please comment if you use! i'd love to see what you've drawn! c: this is just a quick chart i made, to help with drawing weird angles of heads. i'm not sure if it'll be entirely useful, but i figured i'd put it up anyway.

Resources Head 2 By Deejuusan On Deviantart 1. this my picture of my anime head references. i practiced my work with head angles, and it helps me to improve my work. so anybody's welcomed to use my picture as a reference for their work. it's not the best, but it's useful, and it takes time for me to improve. i'm proud of myself for doing this. Resources: head 1 just a thing i've been meaning to draw for so long and only now that i did for a workshop i'm giving . sadly i lost the psd files, this is the first tim. Start with learning how to draw gestures. i recommend doing 2 5 minutes first, websites like quickpose and line of action will let you set up photoreference to learn from. start each drawing session with at least 10 gesture drawings of 2 3 minutes each. then move onto the bean and robo bean etc (proko will teach you this). Use reference materials. practice drawing basic anime shapes. focus on body proportions. learn to draw faces and expressions. master drawing hands and feet. study clothing and textures. work on shading and coloring. draw from different angles.

Step 1. to draw a dynamic pose for your anime character, it's good to use a reference. even pros do it, because it's not so easy to imagine a natural pose. you can use a drawing dummy or a photo reference. i used this photo of two boxers, but you can find many others on envato elements. Step #1: sketching the initial face structure. begin with a circle: the foundation of every head structure starts with a circle. draw a vertical line and a horizontal line: these lines serve as guides, indicating the direction in which the face is tilted. in front view, they create a plus sign on the character's face.
