My Worst Commission Experiences Storytime Speedpaint Youtube Hey ya'll! i thought i'd share a little storytime about one of the worst commission experiences i've ever had and invite you to share some of yours as well. Back at it again but this time with some commission horror stories. these first two are legitimately the worst experiences that i've ever had drawing for someone. thankfully things aren't always like this, as a freelance artist you kind of just have to go with the flow and put this stuff behind you but it also feels good to talk about them. I guess my best experience was when a guy gave me an extra 2$ as a tip because he liked the art so much. he didn't have to do that and regardless of how little the amount was in relation to the commission's price, i really loved the kind act. worst was definitely when a guy wanted a picture of himself to be drawn. This isnt very severe but i once had client who first paid for a commission of a dragon wolf character, which i i finished and they liked, but then they asked if i could do about 15 more for their book and said they don't have any money but i'd get paid "if it sells". i kindly said that's not how it works. 3. award.
