Meet Elle Radan Voyage La Magazine La City Guide Later, i made the life changing decision to move to the u.s. after arriving, i pursued my juris doctor at the university of west los angeles. over the years, i gained a strong foundation in business law through my work at ct corporation and later had the chance to serve at the los angeles city attorney’s office and volunteer as public counsel.
