Buy a new serpentine belt you need the k20z3 one. you need to swap out the crank pulley too. you would also need to swap the oil pan because you need to mount the rear motor mount. all the sensors that is stated in the k20 k24 diy. i suggest swapping over the rbc manifold and 50 degree vtc. The k24 block is only about 3 4" taller than the k20 so it fits in the 8th gen civic just fine. bolt 'er up to the si tranny, pop on your si oil pan (think you need to swap the oil pump too but i forget) and you're good to go!.
