Whirlwind can technically hit higher damage than vorpal when you hit max stacks, but with crown splitter's slow swing speed, it's not as effective as it is on things like falling guillotine. cs excels at burst damage, vorpal will be a much, much more reliable and consistent high damage perk compared to whirlwind. 3.
