I Re Read Homestuck As An Adult Here Are My Thoughts Youtube I first read homestuck as an adult. i know i am not totally alone, but i think i am in the minority. not only was i an adult, but i was over the age of 30 and had just started a job teaching college. and i was staying in an extended stay motel with a lot of time on my hands. Here's a rant made at like 11 pm for no reason other than i was reading old posts talking about their thoughts on homestuck and beyond canon. i also haven't finished act 6 yet, so my opinion may changed once i get to that. my general opinion about homestuck can be boiled down to: it's not the greatest story out there, but it's very fun and unique!.

The plot of homestuck is infamously convoluted but boils down to: four kids who know each other online play a video game together, inadvertently causing the apocalypse. to beat the game, they have to interact with the game world's characters, and with a disgruntled group of internet trolls. 4. don't skip anything! there are several 'rules' to reading homestuck. don't skip the intermissions. don't skip acts. don't skip pesterlogs. don't give up, either, even when it seems incredibly dull. details in homestuck are everything! though act 1 may initially seem long and convoluted, it acts as an overture for the work as a whole, and is.
