Finally Did It Week 1 Day 1 R C25k Background beat 4402. day 1 failed. advice needed. hi everyone! i have been reading about all your wonder progress and was encouraged to start c25k. i started day one yesterday and was unable to complete it. typically i walk about 2 3 miles per day at about 3 3.5 on the treadmill. when i started running, my calves began to feel like someone was.
