I found dark bird poop on the hood and used a waterless wash to clean it. forgot birds eat sand often and scratched the paint next to my hood decal. i'll have to buff out the scratches in may june and re apply protection. there is a good chance the scratches are in the ceramic coating. i would just use a fine cutting compound polish to remove.
