I also tested the glow plug relay (the two larger terminals), and they show 12.6v when the key is off and almost 0v when the key is in run. when i turn the key to run, the glow plug relay clicks and the wait to start light comes on. after maybe 6 8 seconds, the light goes out and the relay starts clicking back and forth, maybe 8 or 10 times.
