Everything We Learned After Tearing Apart Our Subaru Wrx Engine My 2018 sti is for lack of better wording, dying a slow death. it's a stock motor with 28000 miles and i went stage 2 at approximately 25000 miles. im running quality parts, installed by a reputable tuner. i'll list them below, and all parts were purchased new. accessport, ngk spark plugs, aem fuel pump, 1050x injectors, cobb intake with box. Dgm. 13 wrx misfire issue strange fix. so in my 13 for the past month or so i have had a rough idle misfire like issue. the weird thing about it was that it didn't happen all the time. it stopped doing it for awhile until this past saturday when the engine light came on for a p0300. i cleared the code since the dealer was closed and drove.
